Estreava na política como o vereador mais votado e mantinha boas relações em todas as camadas sociais.

Também transitava no meio político com desenvoltura e tinha, portanto, um futuro político alvissareiro pela frente.

Mas o destino, com seu desígnio insondável e imponderável, quis escrever o restante da história de meu primo de outro modo.

Liderança

Lá atrás, com a morte do pai, ele assumiu a liderança da família, mesmo sendo o mais novo. Os irmãos seguiam sua orientação sem contestação.
